CONVOLUTED 300-SERIES

The PTFE hose in the 300 series is especially suitable for food, medical and chemical industry. It can stand all types of corrosive chemicals, it does not age and it does not acquire smell or taste. The PTFE hose is well suited for hard operating conditions when it also resists bending well. The features give it a high reliability for all industries with high hygienic demands.

Technical description:
Wiro AB's Convo-flex is a helical PTFE hose which by its shape is self-draining and is easy to clean and have good flexibility and is vacuum resistant.

Temp. range-70C -+230C Normally with braidof AISI 304

• With outer spiral wire for better and higher resistance against kinking

CONVOLUTED 500-SERIES

The 500-Series PTFE hose has closer convolutions than many other PTFE hoses, which makes close it to indestructible when it comes to bending. It can stand all types of corrosive chemicals, it does not age and it does not affect smell or taste. The PTFE hose is well suited for harsh operating conditions. It is more than well suited for installations with great strain and high demands of reliability.

Technical description:
Convoluted PTFE hose type ”Tape Wrapped” that manages an extremely small bend radius and with a long lifecycle when it comes to flexing.

Temperature range: -54°C up to 204°C

EASYFLEX 6510

The Easyflex 6510 is developed for simple installations in the general industry. It can stand all types of corrosive chemicals and does not age or get affected by smell or taste.

Technical description:
Convoluted inner tube of PTFE with a stainless steel wire braid in AISI304 material.
Temperature range -50ºC up to + 250ºC
