The automated feeding must be precise with a strong focus on safety. This is secured with Danfoss Plus+1 remote controls and software, plus+1 autonomy, configurated by HydraSpecma’s talented technicians, so the system lives up to the specific demands from the customer.

Danfoss Plus+1 autonomy

Jens J. Hansen also states that we wanted to use Danfoss Plus+1 controls, and HydraSpecma offers this. We knew of others who uses the system from HydraSpecma, and we just knew we needed to use it as well. It is a better system. All our challenges have decreased after we have replaced the components and solutions to HydraSpecma’s. And they can maintain the components and system as well.  

With Danfoss Plus+1 autonomy safety is a main priority, and at the same time precision and productivity is significantly improved. Plus+1 autonomy is used on Cormall’s multifeeder, and the advantages are:

• Follows the preset route down to 10 mm. accuracy
• It can evenly distribute the feed with the same distance to the cattle every time, on time.
• It brakes if there is an obstacle or a person in its way
• Remote control your machine
• Monitor your machine’s systems.    

Furthermore, you have the possibility to manually control the feeding robot with the Danfoss ergonomic joystick.
