THE BARCODE FUNCTION

- How does it work?

It is easy! With just a few easy steps, you will be able to scan and choose the items and update your basket for your next order directly on your smartphone or on a computer*.
*If you want to make an order from your computer, you might need to update your basket to register the barcode scans from your smartphone. Update by clicking on .

- How to find the feature?

It is a web-based solution, which work on all mobile devices. It only requires internet access. We have introduced this feature for 2 purposes – you can use the scanner to put items in your basket or as a normal product search.

Below are the few steps for each purpose.

PUT ITEMS IN YOUR BASKET

You can use the scanner to put items in your basket and order them.

Go to basket
Choose “SCAN”
Choose mobile/tablet
Scan your barcode from HydraSpecma
Enter number of items. Scan next barcode.
Go to basket to see your items
Proceed to checkout on smartphone or desktop

Do you need a login?

NORMAL PRODUCT SEARCH

You can use the barcode feature on the frontpage for normal product search. You find the scan-icon next to the search box.

Search the products with the barcode
Easy access to product page in webshop, which often have this information:

Specifications
Measure sketch
Data sheet
Manual
Pressure measurements
etc.

It is that simple!

ADD OUR WEBSHOP TO YOUR SMARTPHONE HOME SCREEN

We recommend you save our webshop, as a bookmark on your smartphone. That way you will be able to access it the same way as an app.

Go to hydraspecma.com on your browser.

Tap the Share button in the toolbar.
In the list of options that appear, scroll down until you see Add to Home Screen. Tap this.
If you don’t see this option, it can be added from the Edit Actions option at the bottom of the share sheet.
The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear. Next, you can edit the name for the home screen shortcut and tap Add.
Now just tap the new HydraSpecma shortcut on your home screen, and it will open the website.

Note: If you ever decide you want to remove the website shortcut, you can delete it just like you would any other app on your phone.
