TECHNICAL ENGINEERING

At HydraSpecma's engineering department, our technical engineers design hydraulic systems with the latest 3D technology and advanced CAD/CAM systems. This gives us a high degree of quality as the subsequent quality measurements on the systems can be carried out with high accuracy. The visualisation of the systems prior to production also ensures that the systems requirements and specifications match the customers’ expectations. 

CNC & MANIFOLD PRODUCTION

At HydraSpecma we have our own in-house production of hydraulic aluminium blocks/manifolds.

In 1998, we introduced the first industrial robot in our production and since then we have steadily increased our production. Today, we have a fully automated production of hydraulic blocks which delivers more than 65,000 blocks per year.

MOUNTING OF COMPONENTS

At HydraSpecma we have dedicated assembly lines that work according to LEAN principles and the highest quality standards. We have more than 40 years of experience and know-how, and we put that into every product that leaves our production.
