Our products are always manufactured according to customer specific needs and requirements and assembled in-house at our own workshop facility to guarantee the highest standards of quality and delivery.

METAL HOSES

Metal hose manufactured according to SS-EN ISO 10380.

The bendable metal hose is a stainless-steel hose with a braided exterior of stainless-steel wire. The metal hose comes in both stainless acid-proof steel and Monel, Inconel and bronze. The stainless steels properties and bendable characteristics combine to ensure the hose is flexible and can handle extremely high temperatures and aggressive media in combination with
high pressure and vibrations.

Some examples of various types of installations are vibration attenuation in pipelines, conveyance of hot and cold gases and liquid media, compensation of assembly errors, etc. Welding is done according to the SS-NN norm by our licensed welders.

Our PTFE hoses are well suited for demanding applications in harsh operating conditions.
Further, the PTFE hoses can withstand bending well, are easy to clean and are vacuum resistant. The material characteristics provide the hose a very high reliability in all types of industries with high hygiene requirements.

PTFE HOSES

HIGH PRESSURE HOSES

High pressure hoses are especially suitable for gas applications with high pressure and clean gasses.

Among others, the use includes the filling of gas cylinders, the conveyance of gasses,
and lines between gas cylinder and regulator.

High pressure hoses are available in a variety of materials including PTFE, ETFE
and the completely permeation tight metal gas hose. On the outer side the inner tub will be mounted with more braided stainless steel or Kevlar™.

Wiro AB is approved to affix CE markings to its products in compliance with the Medical Devices Directive MDD.

PYROJACKETS

Pyro-products such as Pyrojacket®, Pyrotape and Pyroblanket are used to insulate and protect hoses, pipes and cable harnesses in demanding industrial environments. Hot hoses and pipes insulated with pyro-material also protect personnel against burns from incidental contact.

The material can be supplied in tube form, tape or reel.

Pyro-products retain their flexibility and insulative properties at very high and very low temperatures.

Pyro-products can withstand temperatures up to 1,000°C.

SILICONE HOSES

Silicone hoses and other special shaped silicone products are used when there are
high demands for purity and hygiene. Therefore, silicone products are suitable in environments as pharmaceutical and food industry.

Silicone hoses can also advantageously be used in other industry applications as cooling systems, automotive applications, for the chemical as for the cosmetic industry.

Silicone products are characterized by wide temperature area -60°C up to +200°C. High flexibility, high aging resistance, ozone and UV resistance. The smooth inside makes the silicone hose extremely easy to keep clean and therefore, it is a very high hygienic product.

The silicone hose can be produced in lot of different executions as with different inner cords
used as a reinforcement, different wires for example in stainless steel as in different plastic materials. The hose can also be delivered in different colours.

Wiro AB assembles the silicone hoses and shaped products with most types of fittings including our special shaped pipe connections for a simple and economical assembling
with clamps.
