General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Validity of price lists
The latest price lists/files replace all previously issued versions and remain valid until further notice, but no longer than one year from the date of issue. We reserve the right to adjust prices and currencies affected by factors beyond our control.

Rates
Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT.

Delivery Regulations
We apply general delivery rules NL 09

Delivery
FCA our warehouse, excluding packaging. Incoterms 2010.

Payment terms
30 days net from the invoice date.
In the case of cash on delivery, an additional COD fee will apply.
In the event of late payment, the applicable reference rate plus 8% will be charged as of the due date.

Frakt & Emballage
Charged on delivery.

Restorder
Delivery of backorders will occur with the next regular delivery to the customer (combined delivery).

If the customer requests an earlier delivery, additional charges for shipping and packaging will apply.

Repurchase
Returns of delivered goods are possible, provided that the items are part of our standard product range.

The right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from the day you received the item.

The items must not have been used and should be in their original packaging, if available.

A return deduction is applied. The deduction varies but includes a minimum amount of SEK 300 to cover our administrative costs.
Shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

Register the return request through the order receiver.

A completed return form with a registered return case number (CC Number) and a copy of the order, delivery note, or invoice must always be included with the goods.

Special order items (non-stocked items) are not eligible for credit.

Complaint
Unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of ordering, the following terms apply to complaints:

• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date the complaint is reported.
• The customer pays for return shipping.
• If HydraSpecma Component is responsible for the reason for the return, we will cover the shipping costs. Contact us, and we will send you a return shipping label.
• For incorrectly ordered stocked items, the full value will not be credited. The deduction varies but includes a minimum amount of SEK 300 to cover our administrative costs.
• A completed return form with the case number and a copy of the order, delivery note, or invoice must always accompany the goods.
• Contact your order receiver (see delivery note) to obtain a case number before returning the goods.

Each complaint case is handled individually.

Other
We reserve the right to make changes to prices, discounts, and items without prior notice.
